Cancellation Policy
3D-PT understand there will be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled training session, or the trainer may be unavailable for a scheduled appointment, 3D-PT will reimburse you with a free session if 3D-PT are unable to provide you with a trainer or 24 hours notice of inability to attend. 3D-PT require 12 hours notice in the event you are unable to attend your session. Unfortunately sessions that are cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are not refundable nor can they be rescheduled. The missed session will be ticked off members prepaid cards.
If you advise us with more than 12 hours notice, every effort will be made to reschedule a time to suit your needs.
If enrolled in Bootcamp and you miss a session having given 12 hours notice. You'll be able make it up at another session during the week if there are availablities set by your trainer.
Please make every effort to arrive on time. Please be considerate of the client arriving after you. Unfortunately if you are late, the session must finish on time.
Payment Options
All payments are done via PayPal. Simply choose the Package you wish to participate in and pay using the Secure PayPal system. Simply click the “pay now” button and include your name in the transaction, then bring the receipt on your first day!
For Personal Training Packages or Partnered Training purchases leave your contact details and 3D-PT will contact you to give you options that will suit your personal goals and needs.
Post Payment you will receive an email containing a “ Welcome letter, a waiver, Pre-activity Questionnaire form & Food coaching form”. The waiver must be filled prior to initial training day and returned via email or to a trainer on call. sales@3dpt.com.au

This Privacy Policy provides information on the methods 3D-PT utilizes to manage confidential information collected. This includes personal information collected online via www.3dpt.com.au.
3D-PT understands the importance of privacy and in turn ensures that personal information held by the company is treated with the utmost confidentially and care. 3D-PT is committed to meeting clients’ needs and would never disclose used and stored information. This in accordance with the National Privacy Principles set out under the federal Privacy Act 1988.
Personal Information
All personal information whether verbal or written will only be used and disclosed for the intended goal.
Personal information may need to be disclosed to other service providers working under 3D-PT. This is a means to an end in allowing 3D-PT personal trainers to fulfill their duty of care and role as fitness coaches.
Whereby information must be disclosed to an external party such as allied health services, 3D-PT will ask for consent. 3D-PT aims to ensure external services treat our clients’ information with confidentiality in accordance with the Federal Privacy Act 1988.
Email Communications/Mobile communication
If you are a current member or only just registered for personal training/Partner training/Bootcamp, your email will be lodged into the system. 3D-PT may use your details to send you Health tips, exercise ideas, food tips, Bootcamp updates or request your address to send you free goodies! You can opt out of receiving such materials anytime. Upon receiving such a request, 3D-PT will remove your details from their distribution list.
