Boxing I feel has given me more upper strength and even though I’m not much good at running I have definitely improved. I do however need more exercises for my stomach muscles. "I have found training with Rawan extremely motivating! I have managed to make a complete lifestyle change and commit to regular exercise. I feel that my fitness increased within the first few weeks, and has been increasing ever since.

The training is dynamic and Rawan keeps it interesting by changing it around regularly.  It really does give you a whole body work out, and leaves you feeling fantastic for the rest of the day. Rawan is really open to our input about the session too!

At first I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with others, as I hadn’t trained in many years, but my advice to anyone who is feeling that way is not to be afraid. Core strengthening exercises have definitely worked on me. My energy levels after training are quite good. I use compression clothing recommended by Rawan for faster recovery. It has helped a lot.

"We started with only one of us training with Rawan, and now the entire family is getting into it.  Working with Rawan is a lot of fun and she has the ability to work with all of us even though we are all at different stages of fitness.

The leg work has been really beneficial for us.  We are all skiers and are preparing for another season and therefore the focus on this area has been great. Three of us also enjoy water sports and the increased level of fitness, especially via the cardio sessions has really helped with our other sporting activities. We train with Rawan on a weekday and weekend, and after each session are prepared for the day ahead.  Overall our energy levels are quite good and have been improving over time. "Rawan is a very popular name in our household. Rawan, why can’t you be more like Rawan. Eat healthier, train with Rawan. My mum and dad hired Rawan for me after training with her themselves. I did the personal training package first 8 weeks 3 times a week then did the Bootcamp pack. I lost 10 kilos in eight weeks with PT and another 5 and a half with group training. Didn’t believe it! I was speechless at what I could do with a bit of push and shove. Rawan pushed me so that I went to my maximum and did stuff I enjoyed.
